Corporis Christi Societas (CCS) is a Texas-based non-profit foundation established – in fidelity to the authority and magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church – for the purpose of funding and facilitating Eucharistic causes around the world. Seeking canonical recognition as a private association of the faithful, the foundation’s primary function is to raise funds for establishing and supporting the operations of qualifying groups and initiatives as approved by the board of directors. In addition to providing financial resources, CCS may provide consultations, materials and personnel to support qualified and approved groups and initiatives.
As appropriate groups and initiatives are approved by the board, CCS will raise funds, which will then be contributed directly to groups and organizations or to other foundations that may be established for the purpose of owning or operating new Eucharistic related initiatives. CCS may elect to operate Eucharistic centers in the United States or internationally.
The CCS board of directors will, in accordance with its mission and by-laws, establish and apply the criteria for determining qualified Eucharistic causes faithful to the magisterium of the Catholic Church.
